MEXICAN AND SOUTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!

my shipping service is now requiring a recipient tax ID when i ship to customers in mexico and south america. after researching, it seems like this is something the customer must provide me (please correct me if i’m wrong!)

when you go to checkout, PLEASE INPUT THIS ID INTO THE SPECIAL NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS SECTION!! failure to do this will result in me not being able to ship your order. i have to right to not ship any orders until i have all the information i need.
