PRODUCTS
WILL YOU BE SELLING MORE PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE?
DEFINITELY!! Each wave will feature new and/or returning products (keep reading FAQs to see more details)
WHY AREN'T SALES ALWAYS ACTIVE/WHY CAN'T I PURCHASE SOMETHING AFTER A PREORDER ENDS?
[OUTDATED AS OF WAVE 5] my shop operates on a wave basis to make my life easier and so I won't have a bunch of leftovers that no one wants to buy :')
[UPDATED] im starting to move away from preorders (though some items will still be preorders if im unsure how well it will sell or if it's a high MOQ product), so a lot of my products will now be categorized as instocks!! You still can't purchase anything after a wave has ended though (unless i open a special sale window)
WHAT IS A WAVE?
[OUTDATED AS OF WAVE 5] a wave is essentially like a "preorder event"---a certain amount of time to order for that "wave" of products. I plan to have many of these, so in case you couldn't order for a specific wave, there will be a chance that the item will come back at a later time! (see below)
[UPDATED] a wave is a period of time when my shop will be open to orders!! products will include both instocks and preorders. please see below for missing a wave
I WASN'T ABLE TO BUY A CERTAIN PRODUCT DURING A SPECIFIC WAVE--WILL IT RETURN?
there is a very small chance that a certain product will return in the future. Only if demand is high and I have no other ideas for new products will it return.
because my shop doesn't run on a preorder basis anymore, the chance of an item returning is now lower since it will only come back if there are stocks left over. however, if there's ever a moment when i have no ideas for new merch/don't have time to make new merch, i may just have a wave full of reruns!
please look out for merch inquiry forms that i will send out a few weeks before every wave! from there you can let me know what merch you'd like to return and help me decide what new merch to make for a wave
PLEASE NOTE there is a VERY low chance that older prints will return as new artworks continue to be made. IF you ABSOLUTELY want a print from a certain wave, it is recommended that you purchase it during active sales since it may not return in the future
WHY IS MY KEYCHAIN/STANDEE SCRATCHED/PEELING?
all acrylic items come with a protective plastic film on the front to ensure they aren't damaged before they reach you. This film can be peeled off to reveal the shiny, unscratched acrylic underneath
WHY WON'T MY STANDEE FIT IN ITS BASE?
peel off the protective plastic on both sides to get rid of any extra width
if it still doesn't fit try turning the base upside down :)
STANDARD VS B-GRADE?
sticker sheets:
standard grade:
- little to no defects
- slight off-cut
b-grade:
- heavy/very noticeable defects
- print imperfections (smudges, smears)
- high off-cut, but stickers are still functional
- if the cut is too off I will not sell the product
pins:
standard grade:
- little to no defects
- minor, very subtle problems with metal, filaments, and backings
b-grade:
- heavy/very noticeable defects
WHY DOESN'T MY PRODUCT LOOK LIKE ITS IRL IMAGE?
make sure that the image you were looking at is official and NOT a test product. Test product designs are not always the same ones that I will be officially selling, hence the name "test"
also please remember that color variation is a thing!! converting digital to physical will likely cause variations in the visible coloration of products
ORDERING
DOES THE SHOP AUTOCHECK MY ADDRESS?
no, if you input an address wrong, the website will not autocorrect it, which may result in a lost shipment. To avoid this, please make sure you fill in the name, address, and apartment/unit correctly!!
using an apartment/unit shipping address has a chance of a package being undeliverable. please avoid if possible
I FORGOT TO PUT A SPECIAL NOTE ON MY ORDER--WHAT CAN I DO?
fill out the contact page with your request as soon as possible. For extra security, include your name and order number to ensure that your request will be attached to the right order
I DIDN'T GET A DOODLE, EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED FOR ONE
my apologies, i must have missed the request 😓. if you still really want one, you could always request for the same doodle again in a future order
since this is a minor inconvenience, i am not obligated to create one for you after you receive your order
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact me through the contact page and I will make sure to correct it. Otherwise, no changes can be made. I am not obligated to refund your order because you didn't receive it for this reason.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact me through the contact page and I can:
- cancel your order - from there, you can reorder with the changes you'd like OR
- merge a second order with the original order (place your second order before contacting me)
Once your item has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made. It would be best if you could make sure your entire order is correct before placing it, as multiple orders can cause confusion for me when preparing for shipping.
I'VE CONTACTED YOU THROUGH THE CONTACT PAGE--WHEN WILL YOU REPLY?
I'll usually see your message within a few hours if it was sent between 6am and 9pm PST. You should receive a response within 5 hours (within timeframe)!
I may forget to reply (apologies for that), but I will for sure see your message after a few hours!!
if you absolutely NEED a response from me or else it will keep you up at night, please specify in your message so I know that you need a reply
CAN I PUT A FUNNY/NOT REAL NAME FOR MY ORDER?
preferably please don't do this!! this can result in my shipping service not connecting your name to your address, which can result in your order not being delivered. I am not responsible for lost orders for this reason.

- SHOP WAVE BEGINS - I'll post on my social media that a new wave is live
- ORDERS COME IN
- WAVE ENDS, ORDER MERCH - once the wave ends, I'll begin ordering my products from outside suppliers (unless I hand-make them)
- SUPPLIES ARRIVE, BEGIN PACKAGING - when everything I need comes to me, I'll start packaging orders
- ORDERS SHIP OUT - 1-3 weeks after the wave ends, orders will begin shipping out. Shipping dates depend on how many orders I get/how long it takes for my supplies to arrive. please note more complex products like apparel and plushies can take longer to produce and can delay shipping for those orders
- YOUR ORDER ARRIVES!! - depending on where you live, orders will arrive ranging from 2-30 business days from shipping dates!

all orders (unless shipped in an envelope) are tracked using USPS! You will automatically be informed by email all tracking updates
WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES?
- US - 4 to 10 business days
- everywhere else - 1 to 4 weeks, maybe more if delayed
IT'S BEEN MORE THAN THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME...WHEN WILL MY ORDER COME?
apologies for any inconvenience! Any issues with shipping are likely to do with my postal service. In addition, these are estimated timeframes, which are NOT guaranteed. Any errors in the estimated shipping will be corrected as soon as they are spotted. Rest assured and be patient; your order will come soon!
also please note that any product labled as PREORDER will take longer to arrive to you!!!!! It may say "4 - 10 business days shipping" when you check out, but this shipping time is for after I ship the order, not from when you placed it. IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET CHEAPER SHIPPING?
- in the case of international
- unfortunately, anything outside of domestic shipping has pretty expensive shipping for items that are not considered letters/light flats. Apologies for any inconvenience. 😓
- to get really cheap pricing, you can purchase flat items only (prints, stickers, sticker sheets). anything even slightly thicker will create a more expensive shipping fee

- in the case of larger orders - the way big cartel formats shipping prices is super icky, especially if you want to order multiple items. Don't freak out if you see four different shipping prices, one for each item you want to order--this is normal. These prices are weight-based to ensure that I don't lose any money when shipping your order to you. If you really don't want to pay that much for shipping, send me an email with your zip code (domestic) or your country (international) and I'll see what I can refund :)
- please note that you will not be refunded unnecessary fees by default. If you'd really like lower fees, please reach out to me!!

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?
- stickers/postcards/prints [as of wave 5]/other small thin items - shipped in a small envelope
- keychains/pins/other small thick items - shipped in a bubble mailer
- combo order - small thin and thick items bought with prints will be shipped in a single long box
- larger order - multiple voluminous items bought together will be shipped in a box
