RETURN POLICY + DAMAGED ORDERS
- Unfortunately, I do not allow returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and let me know why, and I will make adjustments in the future.
- If you've received a damaged package, please fill out the contact page with your order number and pictures if possible (email to [email protected])
- Due to the way my shop operates, replacements cannot be sent until the next wave. This is because I only order the amount of products that are purchased, and I will not have any extras to ship until the next wave.
- If deemed necessary by the images of your damaged product, I will send a replacement at no extra fee. HOWEVER, you still must pay shipping prices.
- If you don't want to pay shipping prices, I can also send a replacement free with a future order (but please remind me in the special notes/instructions, otherwise you might not get it!)
- due to the large amount of apparel and plush orders i get, i will not be quality checking them. i am not responsible for accidentally selling B-grade apparel/plushies since i trust my manufacturers to not send me B-grade products

Shipping prices will vary depending on area. I have the right to reject and cancel any orders not from any of these places.
PRODUCT AND SHIPPING POLICY
I am not responsible for any
- orders lost in shipping due to fake names/incorrect addresses/etc
- orders damaged by shipping
- orders delayed by shipping
- orders delayed by manufacturers
- orders damaged by manufacturers
if there are any discrepancies for an order that I have contacted a customer about, I have the right to not ship an order until all discrepancies are fixed
Actual products will vary slightly from product images in the case of color and some other aspects
